Originally the term "FAQ" referred to the Frequently Asked Question itself, and the compilation of questions and answers was known as a "FAQ list" or some similar expression.

You may be eligible for a group trade account giving access to all of our brands at trade price if you meet the following criteria:

  • You are spending public money for equipment.
  • You are making regular group purchases.

If you meet this criteria and believe you should have a trade account please let us know.

Only current serving members of the military, or members of a valid military association will be accepted for membership.

We are pleased to dispatch to BFPO addresses at our UK P&P rates and with the VAT removed from the cost of the goods. Please comply with the details on the BFPO page so we are able to meet the legal requirements of providing this service for you.

If you are purchasing from a BFPO address and your goods are to be sent to that BFPO address, your address should be in the usual BFPO format.
